10.4 Maths

7th Grade
Students are wrapping up Investigation 3 of the "Variables and Patterns" unit, where they have been working with tables, graphs, rules and equations. Over the course of the week, between NECAP sessions, students will be working on questions 3ACE #8-16 to practice and solidify their skills.

8th Grade
Students are just beginning the unit "Filling and Wrapping," where they will be exploring the surface area and volume of three dimensional geometric shapes. Over the course of the week, between NECAP sessions, students will explore volume and surface area of rectangular prisms (boxes).
